Update script could show compaction/repair status on the node

When prompting to update a node, we could show the current compaction tasks so that the operator can decide to either proceed with updating or skip the node and let it finish potentially long running compaction, which otherwise will need to start over.

Taking a node down when the cluster is in process of running repair should be avoided, so this would also help the operator to detect such a situation.
