Basically, will control flow / branching ever be possible with TFHE? I thought FHE meant we would be able to perform any arbitrary computation on encrypted data, but I don't understand how that's possible without being able to evaluate conditions and then make decisions based on that encrypted evaluation.
What am I missing? Or will the concrete libraries some day be able to perform control flow?
I've also heard there's a blockchain library being worked on, how would something like an ERC20 be possible without control flow checks to ensure tokens aren't misspent?

I've also opened this here: https://community.zama.ai/t/control-flow-branching/341, hopefully it's okay to open an issue as well. I'd prefer discussion in the issue if I had to choose.
