At the moment, in some instances, probability-based loot can make a hunting trip useless, as a person may end up only killing bandits for the sake of a few medical supplies, or others.

Need to add in minimum-guarantee loot for probability so there will always be N items (configurable) per crate, just randomised which ones.

Resolved with recent changes to Mission Layout & Loot spawning.
