Manual site spidering

Sometimes I want to just sick the ZAP spider onto a site and let it crawl without having
to push the base-page through a proxy. 

A minor inconvenience, but it'd be nice to be able to give it a jump off point and
just have it spider from there without having to re-configure a proxy browser-side.

Just thought of a relatively simple change to make this happen.
At the moment the Manual Request Editor requests and responses dont get shown in the
Sites or History tabs.
I've been meaning to fix that for a while.
If/when thats done you'll be able to do a manual request and then spider the site without
using a browser.
Would that be acceptable?

This is already fixed in Andiparos, so we just have to take over the code from there.
