Unexpected error appears when generating report after completed autoscan of specific site vmr.gov.ua

Steps to reproduce the behavior

run ZAP and start autoscan of specific site vmr.gov.ua
wait till scan complete and try to generate report, see result

That thread dump does not show it hanging (given the previous exceptions I'd guess OOME again since the DB is corrupt).
