In attempting to upgrade ome-zarr v0.1 files which are flat to v0.2 which are nested, I tried using the copy_store method. Keys are properly rewritten into the 0/0/0/0/0 form, but the metadata is not updated, leading to "data hiding" (though it looks like data loss).
