Neural Network predicts ion concentration profile under nanoconfinement
In order to use IonNet, you need to first install all required packages.
It is recommended to use an environment manager like conda or miniconda to handle package installation.
For installation, run conda env create -f ionnet.yaml; conda activate ionnet and then install pytorch according to your machine's specifications.
