Create a test to confirm rejection of Sprout transaction by an Overwinter node

If one does not already exist, create a test where a node submits a raw transaction version 1 (or 2) to an Overwinter node. The node should receive a rejection message, get banned and then disconnected. Verify this in the node's debug.log.
