I have been doing a bunch of UX reviews, and a wiki-style format to categorize all the information and formalize my research would be helpful.

Putting this card here so that I remind myself to get to this eventually. Maybe I should just go ahead and shove it in confluence.

An internal wiki might work; however, I would suggest moving away from the GitHub wiki at the moment. Users can't edit the docs there to my knowledge (at least, I can't edit it as far as I can tell), which means that the internal documentation team is the block for updated docs.

Moving this all to RTD might help.

@lindanlee is this still useful for you given your shift in focus to wallet team?

I don't think so, consider it dropped on my end.
