Arch linux zcash package might be missing zcashd-wallet-tool.

I heard second hand the Arch linux package is missing the new wallet backup tool. I don't use Arch and also, this isn't really specific to this repo, but I wanted to place it here to track until we verify it's a really issue and push it to the right upstream distro tracking.

Is the arch package built by our infra team? Added @mdr0id to triage.

Arch is not a fully supported OS unfortunately, so the package and tooling is not done by us. We only run the build and full-test-suite in CI for now.
