Hello team,

i am getting this error, while running example in enrichment analysis with updated databases.
After checking background gene set step, It seems the fisher's test could not be applied.

"[ok] stat against background gene sets is over
[attention] Using fisher test for enrichment analysis!!!
Error in fisher.test(m) :
all entries of 'x' must be nonnegative and finite
Execution halted"

can you please help me with the issue ?
