missing mscorelib after upgrading to Windows 10 Pro N (1709) #1

After upgrading to Windows 10 Pro N (1709) it seems that mscorelib is missing.

mscorelib_missing

Also Windows 10 comes with .Net 4.7.1 preinstalled, so downgrading to 4.6.1 does not work.

  1. Go "Search"
  2. Type "VisualStudio Installer"
  3. Edit the installation so you get this window:
    vs
