Clicks during lag are registered at a later position of the cursor

When Zed is lagging and you click, the click is registered at the position of the cursor when the lag stops, instead of the position of the cursor where the click occurred. Repro by opening a huge Rust project with the file tree open, wait for the UI to become unresponsive (you can tell when the file under your cursor stops changing to the hover color), click on a file and then move the cursor over another file. When the lags stops, the latter file will open.
