Describe the feature

For example I want to ignore from node_modules from showing in the panel.

Only show it when I say go to definition of something inside that folder or file. Then show it. By default, don't.

I looked into docs and could not find a place to say to ignore files/folders. Want to also .DS_Store files too.

We don't have a way to do this at the moment, but it sounds like something we should add.
