Nitter Rate Limiting #1136

I'm just a passive user of Nitter so i don't really know what the problem is, but all instances have been rate limited. Nitter's Uptime health reporter shows that they all tanked off, and that a few are "working" but not really. Perhaps this is also relevant, but I don't log in in order to see things, I just lurk.

Twitter is actually down, not a Nitter issue.
