"Tweet Not Found" on multiple tweets, but when you refresh the page the tweet is visible

I think this is just due to intermittent issues either with Twitter or Nitter's tokens during high load. A proper fix will require a reimplementation of the token pool, like #191

A rate limit error is now displayed instead of "not found"
