Verificar a corrente dos magnetorquers da OreSat a fim de definir o valor dos capacitores de decoupling (analisar se houve alteração na placa final do satélite).

Magnetorquers info are not given in either their website nor their github repo, except this abandoned one here. Thus, we can assume that their last commit (26 days ago) is their current design, with those 4.7uF and 100uF decoupling capacitors.

The motive behind this may still be a mystery until we bring out an oscilloscope to the bench.
