Dynamic resize and provisioning

I just have a question:
how can we use dynamic resize and provisioning using this plugin?

Thanks! Currently there is no support for dynamic resizing yet. We need to implement the expandablePlugin as mentioned in https://kubernetes.io/blog/2018/08/02/dynamically-expand-volume-with-csi-and-kubernetes/

I'll see if I can make time in coming weeks to add this. Or feel free to submit a PR!
