dts: Convert new/missed DT_<COMPAT>_<INSTANCE>_<PROP> to DT_INST...

Change code from using now deprecated DT_<COMPAT>_<INSTANCE>_<PROP>
defines to using DT_INST_<INSTANCE>_<COMPAT>_<PROP>.
