Many MCUs have integrated opamps. Please add peripheral API support for opamps.

Do you have an example of a SoC with built-in opamp?

+1 for this.
For example STM32G4xx as seen on the STM32 B-G431-esc1 motor control application demo.

The only reference I can find in Zephyr to this is a couple of (placeholder?) Kconnfig defines in modules/Kconfig.stm32

config USE_STM32_HAL_OPAMP
        bool
        help
Enable STM32Cube Operational amplifiers (OPAMP) HAL module driver

config USE_STM32_HAL_OPAMP_EX
        bool
        help
Enable STM32Cube Extended Operational amplifiers (OPAMP) HAL module
          driver

Honestly this appears to be a pretty STM32 specific feature request so far. However, I would also very much like support for this on my board and I'm willing to implement a driver for this with some guidance from more established members of the community.
