Reported by Patrick Barone:

The BMI160 features several options for processing the raw samples, some of which are exposed via the Zephyr driver, but the oversampling feature has not been exposed.

This feature can help prevent aliasing when significant noise is present above the output data rate of the device.

This would required adding runtime & compile-time configuration for the acc_bwp and gyr_bwp registers in a fashion identical to the ODR settings currently implemented.

(Imported from Jira ZEP-1285)
