Reported by Siwei Xu:

The Zephyr project has no CC3220 WiFi Host Driver codes.

And [~GAnthony] has a personal branch which ported CC3220 wifi host driver codes.

I think it will make sense for other guys which want to network application on CC3220 with zephyr RTOS.

We are waiting for TI to remove restrictions on the WiFi host driver license, so this work can be pushed upstream.

TI has re-licensed the host driver code as BSD.
PR #4223 added the port of the WiFi host driver to Zephyr, so this issue can be closed.
