Describe the bug

The bbram API was added in 268f9bf. It should have:

  • an entry in doc/reference/api/overview.rst
  • complete doxygen annotations for public APIs
  • a doc/reference/perpiherals/bbram.rst page pulling in the documentation

It has none of these things.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • Commit SHA or Version used: d517947 (v3.0.0-rc3-6-gd517947de4)
