Describe the bug
The error counts in the mcan driver are swapped in can_mcan_get_state

Expected behavior
TX errors to report as TX, RX errors to report as RX

Impact
What impact does this issue have on your progress (e.g., annoyance, showstopper)

Additional context
PR to fix #50770
Bug has existed since originally implemented.
