Description of the new feature / enhancement

Currently the cargo bay part from this mod (the part that stores the sample I guess) is not big enough to fit more than a thermometer. Maybe I'm just misunderstanding how to put this together, but ideally I'd like something atleast as long as a stock Science pod (The ones used for retrieving sample from other instruments) to put one inside (because of the heat shield effect). alternatively you could make the cargo bay count as a sample canister itself in the code.

Proposed technical implementation details

Either:

A. Allow Us to Store Science "Samples"/"Reports" inside the heat shielded compartment

or

B. Make the Bay Section Long enough to include a stock sample return canister.

Thank you. Kindly read contributiing.md, code_of_conduct.md and styleguide.md. These are boilerplate.
