Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I was tinkering around on my phone using openoutpaint while connected via a shared port using Ngrok.
and mobile interface just doesn't scroll when pinchin and zooming and menus cant be moved

sorry for the delay - so this one is pretty unlikely to happen, just based on how mouse-driven the openOutpaint interface is - that'd basically require completely reworking basically how the entirety of the UI operates :/ if you're using an android phone, you should at the very least be able to plug in a USB mouse to your phone (maybe with a USB-C to USB-A adaptor?) and that'll work but it's definitely not convenient and will probably be a pretty unpleasant way to use it...

Oh I see, thanks alot for the insight. I was thinking that it was just simply binding pinching with two fingers to scrolling
