Pack templates into main file for production deployment

Today, the partial templates are fetched on demand with an extra HTTP request. It is possible to include them on the index.html file in special script elements which seed the template cache. That way there won't be any additional requests to fetch templates when the page is loaded.

There is probably a Grunt task for this.
