Add interface and logic to select what data to export about people. Some ideas:

Select tags to be included. Each tag gets a column and an x in that column means a person has been tagged.
Select a survey to be included. The most recent submission by the person is appended to their row.
Select a survey question to be included. The question gets one column, and on each row is the person's most recent response to that question.
