Telega: telega v0.8.203 (TDLib v1.8.20-dd77e46) (telega-server v0.8.2)

Current Behavior

some users with telegram premium's emoji status have that emoji appear gigantic in the chatbuf, taking up a lot of space.
some that i've encountered are:

• https://t.me/addemoji/FlowerEmojiSet
• https://t.me/addemoji/Kana_emoji_fx
  and another one called BlankEmoji

Steps to Reproduce

have a friend who has telegram premium change their emoji status to one of the linked ones, and see if it's giant or normal sized
