优化 BasicTS 的数据预处理，统一即使处理和前处理到统一处理；
在预处理的过程中，不改变data 的值；（可能需要去修改 scripts）。在每一次 forward 的过程中，自动去进行即时归一化；根据CFG 的参数或者文件是否存在，来确定如何进行归一化。

统一输入数据格式，方便用户自定义数据集。（要规划一些超参数）
