The page https://rubygems.org/gems/sticapi_client linked here, but it seem the version on RubyGems is much newer than the version in this repo. I wonder where is the most up-to-date

You could auto-sync this repo to what you have internally, but if you don't want to do it then it might be better to state this in the README of this repository.
