面试新人时并不特别，着眼于已有的知识积累，更看中的是面试的所表现出的意识，方法和工具，在本质上是否符合这样一套规范的，以批判性思考和创造性思考为基础的逻辑自洽且行之有效的系统要求，或者有没有相应的素质能够修炼并掌握这样一套方法论。

MECE（mutually exclusive, collectively exhaustive）意思思”相互独立、完全穷尽“。其核心思路是分析问题的时候，通过逐步分解的方法，把问题的要素全部定义清楚，同时保障这些要素之间没有交叉，并借此理顺思路，有效把握问题的核心，去寻找解决问题的方法。
