SPECFEM3D Globe simulates global and regional (continental-scale) seismic wave propagation. This module conflicts with RCAC 'openmpi' modules - unload them before use (there is a built-in OpenMPI inside the container). Warning
Using #!/bin/sh -l
as shebang in the slurm job script will cause the failure of some biocontainer modules. Please use #!/bin/bash
instead.
