  • 状态好, 可以无打扰工作
  • 项目时间点, 要加班完成
  • 承诺的事情要搞定 - 时间预估不准
  • 留在公司和同事聊天/游戏等, 相互了解
  • 团队有加班文化
  • 迫于领导压力/让领导喜欢/领导管理水平导致...
  • 公司条件好, 就在公司待的久一些
  • 公司报销晚餐还有加班费, 回家也没事 - 单身...
  • 个人原因, 在公司加班做些事情 - 补充知识/准备资料等
