get_targets部分生成较慢 #17

您好，我按照您的办法，在get_targets部分生成sigma分别为0.02 0.08 0.003 的npz文件，但是生成过程较慢，平均6分钟一个，随机无序生成，一个2000个左右的文件，请问这是正常的吗？

这里用的sklearn里的最近邻算法，速度是会比较慢。可以考虑使用基于GPU的算法库来加速，例如faiss。
