实在是看不惯某些狗腿子项目被apache孵化后就要求开发者必须用中文提Issue，代表性的就是skywalking 和 shenyu
他们的理由可能很多，但都特么是借口
我们可以国际化，中英双语本来也没什么问题，但为啥要歧视中文？
以上仅代表个人观点和我个人可以管理的项目，能做的也就这么点了
