Relies on static location of app's index.html file

Electron no longer uses this paradigm and because of this the app needs to be either entirely rewritten or modified such that it uses a different method of injecting the JS and CSS. To anyone confused as to why this project doesn't work, this is why. A VS - Code update seems to have broken the primary method of using this extension. Sad reacts only.
