Hi, I'm Zhewei—a data scientist at Tearney Lab at Wellman (MGH:hospital:) working on medical image analysis and machine learning / deep learning to support the translation of multiple medical imaging technologies. Previously a PhD student 🎓 in computer science and master student 🎓 in biomedical engineering at MedIA Lab at Ohio University. Sci-Fi reader, Gear of war 🎯 and Stardew valley 🐣 player.

Collect questions / requests from M.D.s, pathologists, and researchers, define them as machine learning problems, and propose and implement MLOps solutions. Keep communicating with everyone to carry projects forward. Keep recording and updating everything in my experimental logs.
