根据教程部署，Etcd 成功了，但是使用kubectl get nodes报错，The connection to the server localhost:8080 was refused - did you specify the right host or port?
是否还需要添加kubectl的配置文件？

原生和kubeadm的安装方式还有很多问题，我的github这段时间应该不会更新了，推荐使用kubespray方式进行安装。
