Window Title on Chome App does not show new Messages

Hi,
First of all thank you for your great work!
I am using the chrome app version alpha 0.0.13 and since Yesterday the Window-Title at the Taskbar on my Win7 was updated when I had new messages.
Since today I only states "Webogram" even I new Messages arrive when the Window is in background.
The Desktop Notification do not seem to work either (issue ##28) for me.

I've updated Chrome app with notifications support. Please install version 0.0.15 and check if it's ok.

Confirm!
Everything runs as smooth as it can be with version 0.0.15.
Title-bar and Desktop-Notifications work for the chrome-app on WIN7 32bit.
