Legal and Profile modules are included in Zikula 1.4.0 distribution. For both modules translations are not working - in frontend and backend.

if possible please provide a screenshot like you did for profile. This is not a core issue unless Legal has a different problem than Profile.

German version works in general. I added translation files as proof of concept.

One remaining problem is that not alle strings are recognised while extracting the POT file. Going to file a core ticket about that.
