inlineLink twig extension - few improvements

So let's say I would like to use it multiple times and with customized templates and with additional templates there are a few problems.
For example:
By default InlineLink/termsOfUse.html.twig is used for termsOfUse there is no way to override it via theme because of the way it is called.
The second problem is that in case I want to use a completely new custom template that I have placed in theme, for example, termsOfUse_footer.html.twig that do not exist in LegalModule seems it is not able to find it.
