Description of Problem

When we swapped from test to prod and it caused the Connect to Stripe to fail because it already had an account id attached to the test Stripe account. A Marketplace::StripeAccount (or perhaps Marketplace::StripeConfiguration probably should be related to the StripeUtility; and once the environment and key are set they should not be
