In launching the App try to load the wallet file, if the server is down, can take a while to receive the error, even minutes. This is a problem now that the NH servers are about to dead (or not...). We need to cancel the request sooner, or check the server instead getting the last block, using something light with a fast error.

We need to do this as well when the user uses a custom server from the first screen. Ref: #392
