new features on php-amqplib

Hi,

I just saw this new library and wanted to tell you that php-amqplib now supports protocol versions 0.9.1 and 0.8. It also has supports for some of the protocol extensions offered by RabbitMQ.

Finally during the last week library performance has increased 3x at least.
