Describe the bug
If you request the LoginPolicy for a specific organization, the result always only includes one external IDP.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add several external IDPs to the organization
  2. Get LoginPolicy with organization ID
  3. See only one available IDP

Expected behavior
List of all added external IDPs.
