Search users by list of phone number (users/_search)

As a developer I want to search users by a list of phone number similar to inUserIdsQuery

Acceptance Criteria

• I am able to search users by a list of phone numbers
• Query is implemented in the management API (V1)
• Query is implemented in the user service (V2) with integration tests
• Console is extended
  • Users list does include the phone number
  • I am able to filter users list by phone number

ATM, the user list doesn't even show the phone number:

0.5 for the rest

I think we should have the phone number in the list and also be able to filter for it, I updated the issue
