Currently, types are not considered in formatting items, because they are written into string buffer as plain string without ids.

It's possible to let the types in items clickable and jump to its declaration by ids, but challenges are

handling external types: primitives, types from std or deps
nested types in type parameter
a state to jump into and jump back
