zk panics when setting editors on windows #320

I followed the instructions given in #216 and it built successfully. However, setting an editor causes it to crash when using zk new. I tried various different editors, from nvim to helix. None of them seem to work.

Unfortunately zk is not officially supported on Windows. Such fixes will have to be provided by third-party contributors.
