At least when I tried starting typing in the text box to add a see also for unsigned-bit-shift-right in Safari 7.1 on Mac OS X 10.9.5, a very long vertical list of 'suggested hits' appeared below it that all had the text of a slash character (/) and nothing else. Everything worked fine with Firefox 32.0.3 on the same machine.

I can't seem to repro on my end, but I've seen what you're describing in dev once or twice while building that widget.

The whole thing was kind of a last-minute job, and needs another pass to fix completing, add keyboard nav, and whatever else I'm forgetting ATM. Let's leave this issue open as a todo for that.

Switched up how this works, now you get a drop-down with 'Add' buttons:
